I have successfully booted the ISO in VMWARE however on my test machine the CD/DVD drive is not detected & fails. I have been busy preparing a Bootable DVD for it which autoloads my updated universal ghost image of XP (as per shirin's guide). I have a job coming up on an old XP laptop with no USB booting on it.
